Love for the Vegan Cupcakes
This specific cupcake was for a colleagues birthday so we did buy a few different flavors. You CANNOT go wrong with this one, though! The mousse is light, airy, delicious and the strawberry cake (although, very subtle in flavor) has such a great texture! I love that you guys have vegan options...keep it coming!
