Handling Guide
When Transporting
Follow these guidelines to ensure your desserts make it to their destination in great shape!
Do not tilt the boxes.
Keep the boxes flat at all times.
Do not carry CUPCAKES from the bottom.
Carry CUPCAKES from the outside. This will keep them in their holders.
Do not push on the sides of a CAKE box.
Carry from the botttom.
Do not stack mismatched boxes.
Carry them separately.
Do not stack more than two boxes on each other.
Carry them separately.
Do not place on a seat.
Place on the floor, in the trunk, or in front of a seat.

Cake Boxes
Cakes are provided in boxes with the top propped open to keep an eye on the cake and to ensure items are not stacked on top.
Tiered Cake and Large Sheet Boxes
Tiered cakes and large sheet cakes are boxed in half-shell boxes. With the proper handling, your cakes will arrive safely. See below.
Fridge Storage
Cakes can be out of a fridge for 5 hours. If you choose to pick up the night before, make sure there is enough fridge space. Each tier is about 5 inches tall.
