A simple texture cake style allowing the cake to show through the thin covering of icing. This cake has little to no icing on the cake. Be careful with your choice of flavors because you'll see the cake color come through.

Flavor is the primary focus of our bakery. We ice our cakes in a light, airy icing, instead of hard fondant or overly sugary buttercream. Our light icing provides the perfect balance of sweetness.

Always amazing!
Pattys cakes are always so delicious. Doesn’t matter the flavor, moist (I know everyone hates that word, but they are). They never disappoint. I’m so glad I found my new favorite go-to bakery! I decorated the cake myself for my sisters bday.

Absolutely perfect
Ordered this cake for my in laws first grandparents day. Super moist with being in the fridge. The 3/4 frosting was perfect and not to much.

Devoured!
I picked this cake as an elegant dessert for a baptism gathering. Everyone’s plates were cleared in no time. It was SO delicious. The show stopper was the frosting because it was light but so flavorful. The cake was perfectly airy. I had to stop myself from getting another slice (though others did not, which made me happy 😉). I also got the Very Strawberry Vegan cupcake for someone, who said it was the best vegan cupcake he ever had. Will be back!

Cancellation/Change Policy

Organizing hundreds of weekly orders and ensuring quality takes a lot of prep time. Seven (7) days prior to the pickup/delivery date, all cake orders are final and non-refundable. The pickup time cannot be moved up, and no changes can be made to the items. If you must make a change, if available, there will be a $30 change fee added to the order.
