Carrot Cake convert
I have never been a carrot cake fan, but for this order, I had to do it, since it was the birthday girl’s request. I was definitely pleasantly surprised when I saw the cake and it turned out to be the perfect canvas for the pre-purchase decorations that we had bought from Amazon. To top it off the cake was so moist and it was the perfect balance of flavors and sweetness. I highly highly recommend it.

Delicious cake…but
The cake and fillings were absolutely perfect delicious. The only reason I hesitate to rate it 5 stars is there were a couple of disappointments. I ordered online which went smoothly, however, the prompts asked me to choose 2 fillings. There was only one (and it was delicious!) That was ok but I was truly surprised at the “writing” on he top. I explained that it was a 50th wedding anniversary but only needed the names of the couple. The topper was added later. I got the names, which is great, but the writing itself was disappointing. Printed letters with no particular “flair”. Not horrible, just surprising. Patty’s generally does an outstanding job. Just a little under par this time. I’d still recommend them. I’d just suggest being more specific.

Love it!
I love their cake!! It's light, fluffy and not too sweet. Plus they have dairy and gluten-free cakes that taste delicious!!

Cancellation/Change Policy

Organizing hundreds of weekly orders and ensuring quality takes a lot of prep time. Seven (7) days prior to the pickup/delivery date, all cake orders are final and non-refundable. The pickup time cannot be moved up, and no changes can be made to the items. If you must make a change, if available, there will be a $30 change fee added to the order.
